Plaque unveiled in memory of Nicolai Gustavich Legat

On April 9th 2013 a Blue Plaque was unveiled in memory of Nicolai Gustavich Legat
on 46 Colet Gardens, now 151 Talgarth Road, where he lived and taught in the
beautiful studio upstairs.
Some of the founding figures of British Ballet attended his class of perfection
including, Ninette de Valois, Margot Fonteyn, Alicia Markova, Anton Dolin and many more.
Over 50 people from the ballet world were there to see this tribute to a great teacher.
