Legat Schools at the Dance World Cup

At the recent Dance World Cup held in Bucharest, Romania, three schools from The Legat Foundation, entered 22 pupils.
The Stevens Vrhovec school from Medvode, Slovenia come 5th in the Senior Ballet Group with 84 marks, they danced to the Prelude by Rachmaninoff, choreography by Andrew Stevens.

 The Childrens Ballet Group came 13th out of 25 with 78.7 marks. dancing the Waltz from Masquerade by Khachaturian, choreography Andrew Stevens.

Zala Perko & Neza Mohar gained 6th & 7th in the Junior Ballet Solo.

The Moya Vahey School of Russian Classical Ballet from Cowbridge, Wales had 4 dancers competing

Rachel Bent won a Bronze Medal in the Junior Solo Contemporary with Secrets, choreography by Sophia Melvin & was 12th in Junior Ballet solo.

Miriam Bennett was 4th in the Senior Ballet  Solo & 7th in a Contemporary solo.

Huw Boucher was 7th in the Children's Ballet Solo.

Millie Jenkins was 8th in the Children's solo song & Dance.

Huw & Millie danced a Duet & had 76.7 marks.

The Ella Morgan School of Dance Pontyclun.
Alys Thomas came 7th in the Song & Dance solo.
